When attempting to "Get it now" for HipChat cloud, the operation always times out. This happened all day.
Here is the error message:
Failed to install addon: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Yep, looks like it is a problem with Polly integration. Other add-ons can be installed ok.
We will look into what's wrong with Polly, meanwhile you can try https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/convergely.hipchat.addon/cloud/overview if you are after an add-on that can do polls in HipChat.
