Why does HipChat Mac OS Desktop Client (Latest) keep spawning debug windows?

Looks like whoever made the latest HipChat build left a debug flag live!

Over a 10 second period, HipChat opened 3 different Debug windows in the background (or foreground if I had Safari active and the frontmost application)

This doesn't stop when it's in the background.

Also after 1 drag event on the main title bar to reposition the window, the title bar becomes unresponsive.

There are literally dozens of Debug windows open as I type this :)

Extra system info:

Running High Sierra, latest Safari (11.0.1) w/ developer mode enabled

I'm having the exact same issue ! except it's not 3, it's HUNDREDS ! happened with the most recent update.
