Why can't I see some of the public hipchat rooms in the integrations panel?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Using HipChat and Confluence together

I'm trying to connect a public HipChat room to a space of which I'm an admin. For whatever reason, I cannot see this public room in the dropdown list (and many others are missing as well)

@Andrew Kosiarski public rooms should be available always...

Maybe check if your Oauth token is ok, try to reinstall the connection between HipChat and Confluence and see if that makes the trick.

Don't worry, you are not going to lose any of the mappings...

If the room is in the linked group, this should "just work", so long as the room is not archived.

You could start by seeing if there are any errors in the Confluence logs, but I think to resolve this you may need to contact support.
