I'm working for someone running a course on Trello. Some of our participants are having issues accessing the audios that we have uploaded. We've tried advising them to use different browsers etc, but they still are having trouble. Meanwhile, audios are working for some people. We would love to have some more information about what we can do to support all users to be able to access audio content, what rules/regulations there might be etc, what they might need to do to be able to play the files.
Might we need to upgrade our account?
This is not a Trello problem I'm afraid. Trello is just hosting the files you upload, giving them to the user's browser when they try to download or listening to them.
An upgrade won't change the functionality of the attachments, and the software doesn't do anything different for different accounts anyway, it's all the same functions running when your people use the attachments.
What they are played in is up to the user's browser or client application.
