You are right, some of the features like "Discuss JIRA issues in HipChat rooms" and "JIRA issue preview" and "JQL support" are not yet available to the Cloud customers - we are working on deploying this functionality. If everything goes well we will have it deployed within the next week or two (if there are no hick-ups we will get it out much faster).
