What is the SLAs for your hosted HipChat product?

I've searched long and hard. Found a Hosted Services agreement (https://www.atlassian.com/hosted/terms.jsp) but it excludes HipChat. Also, is there a status page Admin can refer to if and when there is an outage?

There's a status page at http://status.hipchat.comwhich you can subscribe to in order to get notifications of issues. We do not currently offer an SLA.

Does this answer still apply in 2016?

They'd go bankrupt if they had a SLA in 2016.
