What happens to files after we reach the 5GB free plan limit - FIFO?

What happens when you hit the 5gb limit?

1. The HipChat sales team contacts you. That's fine.
2. But if we decide not to upgrade – what happens to the files?
   --> Are we still able to upload files?
   --> Will the older files be inaccessible? (First in First Out)?

The sales team will take you through it, the options depend on what you're planning to do to fix it, and there's some leeway while you discuss it.
