Video button missing in Windows client

I can see a Make a Video call button in HipChat on the web. But, when I log in to the same account on the Windows desktop client, I cannot see the button.

Can anyone help?

Hi Chai, 

If you are still experiencing the same issue, please let us know the following:

  1. Are all users being affected by this issue?
  2. Can you try to restart the Windows desktop app in case something changed regarding the group details?
