User metadata not showing on Profile. Using Smooch passing user properties

I am using Smooch as a plugin, Passing properties of User on create.
Have inspected the Smooch User model, It's carrying those props are not passed to Hipchat channel.
A loading spinner is seen on the right side of web/Mac-desktop app but nothing comes up.
