Trying to integratate Bitbucket

Hello,

I am an owner of an account. I am trying to enable the Bitbucket integration however when I try I get the following error message: Bitbucket for HipChat is a global addon. You do not have permission to install in all rooms.

A few of my global admins also tried and are getting the same error message.

Please advise.

Hi Yonatan - I believe there may have been some errors with the Bitbucket integration lately (we had a couple people mention it in our group as well). I would recommend contacting the support team by going to https://support.atlassian.com/hipchat/ and they should be able to help diagnose if the issue is on your side or if it's on the Bitbucket side.
