Ticket update notification for Zendesk integration

Is it possible to have ticket update notification for Zendesk integration like Slack?

Hey Anh, I think the integration you're looking for is something that's been available on Marketplace - https://blog.hipchat.com/2015/12/15/zendesk-for-hipchat-add-on-now-powered-by-connect/

It’s not that integration. I asked about the notification send to room when a ticket has changed

Oh okay, looks like the integration handled by Zendesk doesn't have that yet. You can setup triggers from Zendesk and it'll send ticket status notifications to rooms through this doc instead - https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205301027-Sending-ticket-notifications-to-HipChat-rooms
