Oh okay, looks like the integration handled by Zendesk doesn't have that yet. You can setup triggers from Zendesk and it'll send ticket status notifications to rooms through this doc instead - https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205301027-Sending-ticket-notifications-to-HipChat-rooms
