Test get user's memberships: Failed

LDAP checks out but getting the error message in the subject line. Looking at the HipChat Server documentation, it says groups don't affect HipChat Server at this time and if you'd like to filter for or against groups then you'd have to write a custom ldap query. Just wondering if this can be safely ignored since all our users are stored in a single OU and the BASE DN appears correct since I can confirm a few test users are able to log into the server using their LDAP credentials.

"Test get user's memberships : Failed" can safely be ignored as long as the followings are green/good:

• Test basic connection : Succeeded
  
• Test retrieve user : Succeeded
• Test user rename is configured and tracked : Succeeded
• Test user can authenticate : Succeeded

Also, the authentication works well because your test users are able to login just fine with LDAP credentials.
