Someone tries to hipchat me but it doesn't pop-up on my screen.

Hi All,

I post this question on behalf of one of our users:

Even if I log out from my hipchat, it still shows that it's online. I already tried changing my password and it's still the same problem. Also, when I'm online and someone tries to hipchat me, it doesn't pop-up on my screen. I need to manually search for that person's name and click on their name to be able to read their new message.
======

Tried basic troubleshooting like check the date / time and it's correct.  Tried the user to use the web and desktop application same issue no pop-up when someone send a chat message to the user.

Anybody experienced this issue both on the web and desktop application?

I have the same problem did not show the pop-up on my phone
