We have a HipChat room connected to our Service Desk so that new tickets are announced in the HipChat room. We've made the room private now and we're trying to remove one of the users, but when we go to the remove users screen, this one is greyed out. Any idea why? I thought it may be because the user may have been the person to who set up the connection between Service Desk and HipChat. How can we tell why the user can't be removed?
