When I added a user they received an activation email but when they entered their details the 'Sign Up' button was disabled - any ideas what is causing this?

Hey there Orla, that is quite unusual. I would like to check deeper in our backend, but for that I would need the email of the user. I understand that is sensitive information, so in this case I would actually recommend that you raise a ticket in our support site (support.atlassian.com) and get our HipChat support team to jump in and investigate further.
