Shut off join messages in HipChat win32 app

Is there a way to shut off join and leave messages in the Windows desktop client? When I come back to see recent messages, I have to scroll through so many pages of join and leave messages I lose hope and just close the client before finding the reason I have notifications.

Hi @Brad Albrecht,

Click your avatar in the upper right, select Settings, then uncheck "Show joined/left room messages" and save.
