Setting up JIRA issues in the HipChat sidebar

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Integrating with collaboration tools

The JIRA server is hosted by me jira.XXXX.com:8080

when I go to this step

the configure page is empty

so , how to solve this problem?

Did you find a solution for this? We have the same problem. In our case it's probably because we have our JIRA instance behind the firewall, integrated with HipChat cloud. But I don't get why that means we can't configure the integration.
