Linking to a 1-1 chat

hipchat://[fqdn]/user/[user_id_mention_or_email]

• [fqdn] is your fully qualified HipChat domain name (for example, companyname.hipchat.com)
• [id] can be a numeric user ID, @mention handle, or email address
• (Optional) A message query arg. Contains text that will populate the message composition area (no automatic sending)
• Note that the id and any query values must be properly URL encoded
