Hi Joshua - it sounds like you might be experiencing this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/HCPUB-935

If so, please watch it for updates when we make changes to fix it. If not, additional details could be helpful (including logs). Contacting us at https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/32 will let someone from the support team diagnose your problem more fully.

I am not sure it is the same issue. My issue is more to do with logging in as opposed to logging me out. How can the logs be accessed?

You can see instructions on how to grab logs at https://confluence.atlassian.com/hipchatkb/sending-windows-client-logs-to-support-788042243.html. In order to send them, please open a ticket with our support team at https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/32 - they will help you with any other questions you have.
