On Hipchat Data Center setup using the wizard I get a 'Unable to mount the NFS share'

I have the same problem. My NFS server has root squashing disabled. I have also blacklisted 
rpcsec_gss_krb5 on the data center node as suggested here: Hipchat Data Center: CentOS NFS Mount Failure. 

I am able to mount the share and create a file from the data center using dont-blame-hipchat.

Any other suggestions? Should I start a new thread with more information? Thanks in advance for any help.
