Not receiving Password reset email

 I tried resetting my password in Trello. After writing my email address in the email textbox.  I saw "

Reset Your Trello Password

Help is on the way."

But i check email, I don't see any email reset password. I will try a lots of time.

Hi @Chinhanhdongnai has this been resolved? Were you able to contact your IT to see if the email was blocked on the server, or if the email may have appeared in your junk or spam folders?
