No vidéo chat in the Mac OS Application ?

Hello,

I don't find any way to start a vidéo chat in the Mac App.

Is this possible ?

The first step would be to make sure you're on the latest version of the client (https://confluence.atlassian.com/hipchat/download-the-hipchat-apps-755338029.html has instructions for downloading the latest versions). The button to start a video will show up in the upper right hand corner of rooms and 1-1 chats:

One caveat is that you need to be on the HipChat Plus plan in order to use HipChat Video. If you're not, the functionality will be unavailable. You can upgrade to Plus by going to hipchat.com/upgrade
