No push notifications to mobile app after Subdomain name changed

  1. Changed Subdomain name (on HipChat cloud account)
  2. Checked all integrations are ok with JIRA and Confluence
  3. HipChat room settings is set to get all notifications
  4. Androind mobile app settings is set to get all notifications
    ...but no push notifications comes to app?

Hello Olli,

This is an interesting scenario, not sure that I've heard/seen a similar situation before. Would you mind creating a support ticket with us so we can troubleshoot the issue.

Hello, 

 

I and may coworkers are having the same issues as well.  No one is able to get push notifications from the app.
