My name isn't visible in the list and chat rooms. How can I change this?

Hey Sabrina!

To make sure I'm understanding correctly, when you're logged into HipChat and in a Public or Private room, or searching for a user to send a message to you can not see yourself? Is this correct? 

If this is correct, can you confirm that you are able to see your group members in the room list and new chat window?

No, sorry.
In the short way: I can see all, but nobody can see me. The group members only see what I wrote, but not that I'm the sender. For those I'm like a ghost. They can't find my name in the list of contacts or anywhere else, although I'm there.
