I was trying to troubleshoot LDAP sync issues with my local hipchat server, and when I ran dlog, I was told the user-sync.log file did not exist, when is this supposed to be created, and where should I look to see why it hasn't been created?
The user-sync.log has been deprecated in HipChat Server build v1.2.6+. You can find sync information in the atlassian-crowd.log and coral.log located in /var/log/hipchat. If you are still having sync issues, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following info:
