I was trying to troubleshoot LDAP sync issues with my local hipchat server, and when I ran dlog, I was told the user-sync.log file did not exist, when is this supposed to be created, and where should I look to see why it hasn't been created?

Hi Nathan,
The user-sync.log has been deprecated in HipChat Server build v1.2.6+. You can find sync information in the atlassian-crowd.log and coral.log located in /var/log/hipchat. If you are still having sync issues, feel free to contact us at server-support@hipchat.com with the following info:
HipChat Server version
Example of affected user (name/email address/LDIF)
Directory summary information (found Server Admin -> Directory -> Directory Summary)
Coral.log and atlassian-crowd.log (found in /var/log/hipchat)
