Messages are shown in UTC after upgrading to 4.26.0.1655-1

I upgraded from v4.0.1641-1 to v4.26.0.1655-1 using the Yum repository (I'm using Fedora 23 so my client is actually DNF) and messages are now timestamped in UTC instead of local time (UTC+1 for me) and I can't see an option to set my timezone; in any case, surely it should use the system timezone?
