We've got a Jira Service Desk instance integrated with a Hipchat instance. Right now the standard behavior is that for any room linked with a ticket, it displays a Service Desk link in the Hipchat room that is only viewable by agents.
1) Is it possible to change this so that the link displays a customer portal formatted link?
2) If I paste a customer portal formatted link, Hipchat takes that link and converts it to regular Service Desk link which customers can not view. Is there a way to stop this?
3) Is there a way to easily grab the customer portal formatted URL as an agent? Easily as in a click or two, like how agents can share their browser's URL without thinking?
