I get the following error when I enter the Admin Token in Jira:
Error
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
Hello Mahir,
We have a Knowledge Base article about this error, so you might be interested in taking a look at: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Unable+to+Connect+to+SSL+Services+due+to+PKIX+Path+Building+Failed+sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException
Generally, this error happens because the certificate of the target application is not trusted by the source application, because the certificate or chain of certificates cannot be found in the source application's JVM truststore.
I hope it helps!
Best regards,
Eduardo Mallmann
