If you open a ticket, then start a hipchat session, is the information that is typed/shared available inside that ticket so you don't have to search through a global chat log to find it? Trying to see if hipchat sessions are linked to a ticket which would be very valuable and be a bonus from skype or other chat sessions we use. Wanting to keep everything about an issue within the issue itself.

Hipchat Cloud is going to be replaced by Stride.
Hipchat Server is not going away
And, most of the stuff for Hipchat Cloud integration is going to be available in Stride, in a similar format.
