Is there a way to flag a post for follow-up

I would love to right click a post and mark for follow up... either a flag or send me an email with that one chat line in it, so I can follow up later. I get so many chats a day, sometimes I can't get to them all, and want to go back but it gets lost.

Right now there is no way to mark a post for follow up. This suggestion ticket is asking for pretty much the same functionality:

Mark Messages / Rooms as "Unread"
