Is it possible to set up repeating messages on hipchat?

For example, I want to send a reminder to a room every day/week. 

So at 5pm everyday it could send a set message.

I know there are room topics but looking for more of an alert at a specific time.

The "Chatty" bot can help you schedule daily messages.
