I agree. I receive incoming video calls sometimes and it's frustrating that I have to manually turn off the video after the call starts, vs just starting with only audio to begin with.
Yea this would be huge. It's pretty frustrating having to turn it off after every meeting, especially when I'm working remote and dialing in. Seems like it should be a standard feature really.

We don't currently have the option to accept a call using only audio, but it's something that a few people have suggested and may be an addition to the client in a future release. In the meanwhile, you can follow/vote on the suggestion at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/HCPUB-444
