This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Guest access

I guess not. So maybe you can consider disable this option for server versions as it confuses some users.

Hi @Jorge,

Yes, guest access can be enabled on HipChat Server. You can disable it globally at https://<hcs>/admin/features
