Hi Larry,

We recommend Slack (check out the migration guide).

If you aren't able to migrate to Slack, you can use the Exporting from Hipchat Server or Data Center for Data Portability KB to help with exporting data from HipChat Server/DC to import onto another chat platform (we recommend reaching out to them first in regards to the HipChat Server/DC data).
