Invites stalling

Our invites aren't going out when a hipchat account is created. Is this happening to anyone else? If so, how do I fix it.

Hello, Lora.

Checking through things on my end, I believe that your account is associated with the HipChat Cloud group - Fingerpaint Marketing. To help me understand the issue you are facing with user invites,

  • How did you send out the invite - Invite people?
  • Can you please provide me with the email addresses of the accounts that you invited to the group?
  • When did you notice the problem started to happen?
  • Did you ask the invited user to check if the invitation email ended up in the junk / spam folder of their email account?
