Invisible feature or mode in Hipchat like other web application ?

I can't find invisible feature in HipChat like discord or sky.pe has..

it's free in sky.pe or discord or many other application..

Why can't HipChat has such feature?  i like HipChat so much that's  why a request.

I mean a feature like below pic , if i am not clear about invisible mode.

it's a wish list.

Atlassian have said they're not going to implement it (noting that it's illegal in some countries too, due to privacy laws)
