I want to join a room. Why am I not on the available list to the admin?

I want to join a room.  The admin person doesn't see my name listed (company list).

Why am I not on the available list to the admin?

 Not hip enough for Hip-Chat

Guest users only have access to the specific room that their guest URL points at. They won't show up in UI to invite people to other rooms or in the quick switcher to create 1-1 chats. In order to access multiple rooms and have private conversations, you'd need a full account with the team's HipChat.
