I can't get it to work: can't connect a room and space together, can't see users online on confluence if they are on hipchat.

hi, I saw this video which shows when people are online in HipChat from confluence, and you're also able to click on the name and instantly start hipchat. How can I do that with HipChat integration?

Yep, the presence indicator is there: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/use-hipchat-and-confluence-together-678561679.html . The click to start a chat is not their yet though.
