I have an SEN but support site will not accept as a vailid number. how do i submit a ticket for support?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Finding Your Support Entitlement Number

how do i submit a ticket for support when i have the SEN but the support site does not recognize it as vaild?

Hey Michael,

We were having some problem validating the SEN on our support channel but it should be fixed now.

Can you please try again and let me know if you are able to create the ticket?

Has your licence expired?

I'd also check your my.Atlassian account - that will show the SEN too.
