I have 7 computers I want to have the users communicate with one another. i want each of them to be always available during working hours and I want them to know when they are being messaged. how do i set it up to accomplish this?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Just create a group and accounts for your users. They will have to download the HipChat clients and will be able to message each other.
