When some one call see or I call someone I can't hear and can't see them. I see that they are connected on call but no sound or video. Also they see that I have join call but with out sound or video.
Is there any solution for this?
Is it possible that you both have your video and audio muted? (These can be toggled via the icons at the top of the video call). If they're both on, the next suggestion would be to try switching up your selected devices in settings (via the gear on the left sidebar). If you continue to have issues, you may want to contact our support team at email@example.com. They can help you obtain logs, which will help us figure out what might be going wrong in your particular situation.
