How to see the offline members in my Hipchat room sidebar?

Hello Kankanala,

Well there's a couple of things to consider when looking for 'offline members'. 

1. If you're in a public room, when a user is offline line they essentially 'leave the room'. So you won't see members that are offline in public rooms. 
2. If it's a private room, you should see all members in the side bar whether offline or online. 
3. If a user has a mobile device, it will show a cell phone icon by the user when they're offline.

No, it does not make sense.

There is a difference between someone is offline and someone is not joined to a public room.
