How to not have to login on every system boot on Hip Chat 4 for Linux

I am using HipChat 4 for Linux. After booting my system I always get a dialog asking me to either 'Login with your HipChat Account' or to 'Login to a HipChat Team server'. It is kind of annoying to have to click 'Get Started' under 'Login with your HipChat Account' every morning.

Is there a way to skip that dialog and get logged in to my HipChat Account automatically?

Also is there a way to avoid having an open window all the time, instead of only a tray icon?
