How to file a damn bug? Also bug with hipchat.

Why is it so freaking difficult to file a bug for hipchat?

Also HipChat 4.27.0.702 on OS X 10.11.4 chokes on following message:

Warning: Cannot find module './../../dist/package.json' Use --force to continue.

sorry but really can seem to be able to file a bug report through your JIRA. Please make bug filling process easier. Why did I also have to create (yet another) Atlassian account?

Hi Alex,

For the HipChat project in JAC, you'll notice that the 'bug' type isn't available. The reason is that we're vetting all bugs through support, which then support verifies it and turns around files the bug on your behalf.

From what you've posted in the screen shot, this looks like there may be a non-supported character copied in the text, causing a disruption. Specifically, it looks related to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/HCPUB-412.

What I would try is to prepend the message with /code and see if that helps.
