How to disable HipChat altogether (Cloud)

We no longer use HipChat as we have another chat app. We want to disable HipChat altogether but I can't see any way of doing this. As a workaround I plan to deactivate all users, but would like to know how to get rid of HipChat altogether. 

(We are on Jira Cloud)
