I have exchanged several emails with an email named Zach who assured me he would take care of my problem. But I can't connect with him, get any updates or find a contact for escalating to someone who may know how to address my issue. This is so incredibly frustrating!
Atlassian do not do customer service or support via email, and even when they do, it's as a result of a request for help being logged.
If you can tell us the ID of the request you have logged, I'm sure other Atlassians will be happy to chase it.
And after case is closed.. They ask for feedback, so everyone that is interested in giving it .. that is the time :)
