How do we invite a team member when the HipChat emails are not being sent? Edited

Hi - we have sent an email invite to HipChat but the team member is not receiving the email. We have checked their email to ensure it is working and that we have the correct email address... please let us know how we can make sure the email invite is actually sent. Thanks!

Hi Carmen,

It looks like our support team was able to clear the block for that user's email address based on the information you provided in your private support ticket. Inviting the user again should trigger a new email to them.
