How can I retrieve all private conversations as an Admin on cloud Hipchat? Or is there a preferred tool to do so?

As an Admin I will be required to retrieve private conversations in certain situations. Going through the GUI I am able to export the group conversations (no problem), however I am wondering if there is a way to check the private conversations that go on outside of a group chat?

In order export conversations, you will need to contact support to initiate the process. Because of the sensitive nature of 1-1 conversations we handle requests on an individual basis. Please let us know if you need an export by sending us an email at support@hipchat.com
