How can I reply to message in room?

I started using HipChat room. I tried to find reply to message option in HipChat room. But no luck. Could you please help me to know whether there is any option to this. I can see there are three dots. If we click on it.. its showing no actions available.

What about this API method: https://www.hipchat.com/docs/apiv2/method/reply_to_message

It sounds like something that would allow resplying to messages. Any idea if I can use that to add a way to reply?

It seems that that API is mainly used by some addons to validate that a certain message exists before responding with a message of its own. It doesn't actually modify the UI to incidate a reply, however. This basically make it the same as the send message API.

I would expect a more full-featured reply-to API if we end up adding dedicated UX in the clients to support it (a feature request that we've had, but not currently on the roadmap).
