How can I delete/disable Hipchat's oops emoticon

We already removed the global emoticons from the system from how-to-remove-global-emoticons-in-hipchat-server.

This still left the oops and embarrassed emoticons as an option. Is there a way to remove those from the default emoticons.

Unfortunately, these emoticons are currently hard-coded into the client (they've been there since before we even had the concept of user-uploaded emoticons!). Consequently, there's no easy way to remove them from the UI. We may add the potential in a future release, however. If you'd like to file it as a suggestion, you can go to https://support.atlassian.com/hipchat/ and people will be able to watch/follow it to be notified of any updates we make.
